WEIRD INK SOCIETY MINNESOTA VIXEN WOMEN’S FOOTBALL PROMOTION OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY

This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Minnesota who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees and independent contractors of Weird Ink Society Inc, the Minnesota Vixen Women’s Football Team, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on April 2, 2026 at 8:00 AM Central Time and ends on May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

3. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter:

Method 1 – Ticket Purchase Entry: Purchase one or more tickets to a Minnesota Vixen Women’s Football Team game using the promotional code “WEIRDINK” at www.mnvixen.com/tickets. Each ticket purchased using this code equals one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. For example, purchasing 3 tickets equals 3 entries.

Method 2 – Free Mail-In Entry: To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3″ x 5″ card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Weird Ink Society MN Vixen Sweepstakes, 196 W Forbes Ave, St. Paul, MN 55102. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 31, 2026 and received by June 7, 2026 to be eligible. Limit one (1) free mail-in entry per person/household for the Sweepstakes. Each free mail-in entry submitted will receive entries equal to the average number of entries received by those who purchased tickets for the Sweepstakes. If the average number of entries by ticket purchase is not a whole number, the average number of entries received will be rounded up to the next whole number. (Example: if the average number of ticket purchase entries is 2.3, each mail-in entry will be rounded up to 3 entries.)

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of entry. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.

4. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize: One $150.00 Weird Ink Society gift card valid for tattoo services or merchandise purchased at Weird Ink Society’s studio location in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $150.00

The gift card has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and is not transferable. Any unused portion of the gift card will not be refunded. The gift card expires July 1, 2027. Prize must be redeemed at Weird Ink Society’s Saint Paul, Minnesota location. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Winner will receive IRS Form 1099 if required by law. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing on or about June 3, 2026 from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of notification attempt. If the potential winner does not respond within the specified time period, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, each entrant agrees to:

Be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects
Release and hold harmless Weird Ink Society Inc, the Minnesota Vixen Women’s Football Team, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize

Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the prize; (ii) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail or email; (iii) entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties, malfunctions, disconnections, other technological failures, telephone service outages, delays, dropped calls, or busy signals; or (iv) damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or other equipment related to participation in the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.

7. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy and will be used to administer this Sweepstakes and for marketing purposes in accordance with applicable law.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, likeness, photograph, voice, and/or prize information for advertising and promotional purposes by Sponsor without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. DISPUTES/GOVERNING LAW

Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Ramsey County, Minnesota. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.

10. WINNER’S LIST

For the name of the winner (available after June 10, 2026), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by July 3, 2026 to: Winner’s List, Weird Ink Society MN Vixen Sweepstakes, 196 W Forbes Ave, St. Paul, MN 55102.
