Express Your Weirdness!

Finally was able to get tattooed here after years of following on social media. The shop is super cool, accommodating, and very clean. Anna did an amazing job and had a very light hand. The only issue is parking, keep that in mind especially if you are handicapped.

I recently completed a large phoenix tattoo with Laura Frego at Weird Ink Society, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Laura made the process incredibly easy from start to finish. From the initial consultation through the final session, she took the time to explain everything clearly so I always felt informed, confident, and comfortable with the process. She’s done work for me in the past several years ago, and while she’s often been difficult to book because of how sought-after she is, I was thrilled that she was able to fit me in and complete this project over three sessions within a very reasonable timeframe. The quality of her work speaks for itself. I came in with a vision for my phoenix tattoo and a budget of around $1,500–$1,600, and Laura absolutely delivered. The final piece turned out beautiful and exceeded my expectations. She was fair and transparent with pricing throughout the process, and I felt like I received incredible value for the quality, detail, and time she put into the tattoo. In the end, I spent significantly less than I had budgeted and walked away with a piece of art I’ll proudly wear forever. As for Weird Ink Society, the shop has a really unique and creative atmosphere. There are multiple talented artists working there, and I love that they also showcase and sell artwork and other goods throughout the studio. It feels like more than just a tattoo shop—it’s a creative community space. The only minor drawback is that parking and the location can be a little challenging at times, but honestly, that’s a small inconvenience compared to the quality of the experience and artwork. If you’re considering work from Laura or any of the artists at Weird Ink Society, I highly recommend them. My phoenix tattoo is finished, it’s gorgeous, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

My friend and I were in town and decided to stop in and get a tattoo (my two were more simple and a little color) and my friends was a custom fine line tattoo. Smiley and Jordanne were so kind, fun, and attentive. I have health issues and they made me feel safe and welcome, and were really considerate and helpful when I had issues. I couldn’t recommend their incredible work and business more.

Mitch did an amazing memorial portrait tattoo of my dog Reggie. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The shop was very welcoming and had a good vibe. Will definitely be back for my next tattoo.

Hands down the BEST tattoo shop in Minnesota. You can tell Jordanne and the crew really care about welcoming everyone and caring for their community. I received the most beautiful cat in a teacup tattoo from Jordanne and the detail is unmatched. I get so many compliments on it. I will be back time and time again!!

Amazing place! The staff and the artists are all so nice and helpful. This is one of the nicest tattoo shops I’ve ever been in. They have a nice layout that is easy to navigate, aftercare supplies for sale, and cute plushies to hold while you get tattooed. If an artist from this shop looks like they match your style you should 100% stop in! Even if they can’t do what you are looking for (like Piercings) they will help you find a near by shop that can because they are good for the community like that. 10/10

Melanie did a phenomenal job taking my reference art and making it my own. The detail, color, shading, and overall artistry were all exactly what I wanted! The vibe of the shop is fantastic, inclusive, and whimsical. A really nice touch was complimentary snacks and beverages. Will definitely be back!
